Warrior training at the sunset. Conceptual design.

I have just received Texas Real Estate Commission approval for a new 3-hour CONTRACTS continuing education class.
COMING TO YOU LIVE OR MAYBE ONLINE I AM EXCITED TO PRESENT TO YOU

P.R.O. to Close Contracts: Don’t let the M.U.D. Bug YOU #42495   The purpose of this class is to introduce real estate agents/brokers to Paragraph 6.E.(3) of the One to Four Family Residential Contract Resale & the statutory notice that is mentioned there, commonly known as the M.U.D. notice.  By the conclusion of this course real estate agents/brokers will not only have a firm knowledge of the history behind the municipal utility district notice but will also be able to identify when this notice is required by the seller(s), what each blank means and best practices for using this notice with a seller and buyer.  *BONUS* P.I.D. notice discussion. Part of the P.R.O. to Close Contracts series which incorporates Pragmatics, Resources and Opportunities to the contract learning process.  Authored & taught by yours truly, Provider Living the Real Estate Life #10445

You will leave this class knowing how to fish for the details you need to give your clients MAXIMUM value when it comes to the required water district, aka M.U.D., notice.  You can click here to see when this class has been scheduled, check back often, or sign up to receive an email when we have posted announcements on this website.

I look forward to helping you to…
LIVE the real estate LIFE,

Scott
