Here is the section that you may or may not read, but I am going to fill the space with information that you might find interesting. My name is Scott Culberson and I have been successfully selling real estate for the last 16 years. I did have a career before real estate–I was in retail. I am an active Texas real estate broker associate with a ton of designations and certifications, most of which I also teach. I am a Certified Real Estate Instructor and in addition to my own content I am certified to teach Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI).

I published the book Jack and Jill Go Up the Home Ownership Hill. The Home Buyer Checklist You’ve Been Looking For.

I am an avid reader, my favorite book is: The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino. Check out my Library tab.

I do a lot of work with Voice Assistant Technology, primarily with the Amazon Echo dot, which you may know as ALEXA or ZIGGY. My work with Alexa received an award in 2018 for the skill “Real Estate with Scott Culberson” I also have authored three Voice Technology Continuing Education classes and have more on the way.
